The lightweight unprecedented freeride performance ski.  Building from the inside out Kastle engineers started with a core designed to lighten ski compared to MX series, match it with new camber/rocker profile and a new radius that makes the FX96 one of the best freeride skis on the market.  The inside core is pure Kastle poplar and beech wood laminate which is then wrapped in a carbon/fiberglass wound core.  The inside core is then added to the exterior wood core of lightweight poplar/paolownia woodcore.  Sidewall is the powerzone sandwich for added edge grip and power to the turn.  Camber profile is low and combined with low progressive rise rocker.  Tip is of course Kastle Hollowtech 3.0.  This is a ski that excells in any snow condition from fluff to wind blown to heavy wet stuff.  Light but powerful the FX96 also carves beautiful turns on groomed slopes and at high speed.  This ski will blow you away!
